Powers and Abilities: _{•► Electrical manipulation— he can shock with his metal “ears”, tail, and any other appendage. Contact via his tail is the worst.
•► Can levitate off the ground (max of ~4ft) due to magnetic frequencies in the electricity he puts off.
•► Creates thunder- or lightning-storms on cloudy days—when he’s furious, he can actually summon the clouds. Lightning conditions increase his power.
•► Short-circuits machines and technology.
•► Creates a “ball” of electricity or like a “lightning” bolt to shoot from his hands/tail/ears.
•► In dire situations, he can draw energy (via electrons and otherwise) from objects and living beings; he can drain all the energy, or just a small amount.
•► Re-routes electrical currents through his body; the higher the voltage, the more damaging it may potentially be.
•► Able to control the levels of electricity he puts off; from a simple “static discharge” to something as powerful as a lightning bolt or powerline.
•► His electricity can, in the proper conditions, create a fire.}

Personality: _{Easily one of the meanest faces around the Pacific Lab, Albone is positively no one’s idea of a “fun guy.” He’s snarky, bad-mannered, and incredibly antisocial. He rarely talks and, if he does, it’s giving an order, threat, or it’s a rude comment. He is temperamental and very easily annoyed; his patience level is practically non-existent, although his shown anger is very limited and scarily calm. When he’s furious, he tends to mutter and seethe— he has never been heard shouting. He doesn’t take any sort of back talk or impudence, and he is quick to make sure others know their place.

He is fairly refined and rarely ever cusses or uses “dirty terms” and it bothers him when others do— he’s really quite prude. He is polite to those he deems “higher ranked” than himself or that he sees as “respectable,” however, but he tends to treat everyone else pretty badly or eerily impassively. Albone prefers to work alone, and it annoys him greatly to have to utilise teamwork in something he wants done.

When addressing others, he will always use a last name-- if he uses a first name, it means he's either close to someone or he disrespects them so much he doesn't see fit to be impartial or respectful.}

History: _{Created and raised in the Arctic Lab, Albone was withdrawn from the very start. He confided in positively no one and for many years of his existence, he served only to make sure the generator stayed running and “charge up” other electrical-based CVs. He faced a long string of abuse from “not being strong enough” or “acting too weak.” He has the scars to prove it.

He trained constantly to increase his strength level, which rose at an alarmingly fast rate. By age 12, the Arctic lab soon realised that Albone was not at a typical level of power; they took it into their own hands to advance his skills, both physically and ability-wise. They did not notice his intellectual level, but they didn’t particularly care. Not too long into the intense training, however, the Arctic lab decided that a better-suited location was required to even further improve Albone’s techniques. The request to transfer was placed when he was 14.

At age 15, the request was filled— he was transferred to the Pacific lab, where he was promptly promoted to a solo-ranking SYN status one year later and Lead Syndicyte. He soon became known as one of the most powerful CVs in all of the 5 labs. He was thus allowed to be in charge of the missions when he turned 18. He takes his job very seriously.

He's usually found in the infirmary back room, where his office is located.

The “gaps” in his past are things he doesn’t ever speak of... but there certainly seems to be something off about it...}

Strengths: _{•► He has impeccable aim, be it shooting his handguns or electricity.
•► Extremely intelligent (IQ: ~176) and very observant of his surroundings. He notices a lot of minor details that he stores away mentally for later use.
•► Oddly enough, he works well with young children (ages 5 and below, generally) and animals.
•► Good at strategising and creating plans.
•► He’s practically impervious to his own electricity, even in water.
•► Able to easily tell when someone is lying— he observes their “tell-tales” with little thought.
•► Fast runner; he doesn’t tire easily and is very agile.}

Faults: _{•► His strength-level in arms and legs is not that great (but not incredibly weak); he relies more on long-distance fighting or stunning the opponent to deliver his attacks.
•► Sure of himself almost to the point of cockiness.
•► If he stores up too much electricity or energy, without an occasional discharge, he will make himself sick. He’ll be down with a “flu” like slew of symptoms for about 2 days, with a strong headache beforehand as a “warning.”
•► Fear of being buried alive.
•► He never answers his phone and tends to ignore it, so it’s hard to get a hold of him.
•► Social interactions skills are practically nonexistent.}
_{•► Morality can sometimes be questionable. He wants to put his talents and intellect to use, and that's all he's concerned with.
•► Level of trust is incredibly low, and he rarely puts faith in anyone. It's also very easily broken.}

Additional Information: _{•► Birthday: 27 October. Scorpio.
•► He carries two hand-guns (.9 mil) with him at all times, utilising them only when his electricity is of no use or the guns would be more effective.
•► He lives outside of the lab, in the apartment to the west of the plaza.
•► When particularly angered, powered, or exerting a lot of energy, his eyes turn yellow and seem to “glow” from the electricity.
•► He has bizarre pets, usually taken in from the animal testing facility: a crow (Pitch), crocodile (Amporin), two jellyfish (Merluci & Merole), and a python (Lorn). Pitch is usually flying around nearby, and rarely actually with Albone. He also has a long-haired tortie cat named Nikolae, or Niko for short, as well as a St. Bernard called Anastasia (Annie).
•► Can speak: Latin, English, Japanese, and French.
•► Occasional smoker. Usually when he's stressed.}_{usually because of Jeminye
•► Has a heavy English accent. He doesn't use too much slang, if any.
•► Not above black-mail or threats to get what he wants.
•► He’s perfectly fine with no one liking him; his train of thought with this is that “[he] can put [himself] on the line each time without hesitation; because if [he] were to die, [he] would leave no one behind. No one has to miss [him] when [he’s] gone.”
•► To be treated impassively by him is actually a vague honour; it means he likes someone well enough not to say much.
•► Despite it all, he has a few attachments to certain CVs and he feels a sense of duty to those younger than him. Push comes to shove, he’s the protective big brother who will (granted, behind the scenes) help how he can with certain problems.
•► He absolutely despises Jeminye Ransome

Hopefully, you won't run into him. He's infamous for being completely and utterly hated among anyone that he interacts with.
